PJ Private Clients is a brand division of NEBA Private Clients.

All financial services offered in the United Arab Emirates are provided by NEBA Private Clients Financial Advisors LLC (Registration Number: 608025), regulated by the Securities and Commodities Authority (SCA), UAE, and authorised to conduct financial consultation activities with its registered office at Office No. 603, One by Omniyat, Business Bay, Dubai, UAE.

Insurance brokerage services are provided by Globaleye Insurance Brokerage LLC (Registration Number: 154), regulated by the Central Bank of the UAE and licensed to operate as an insurance broker. The registered office is located at Offices 2001–2005, Business Bay, Dubai, UAE.

NEBA Private Clients also holds regulatory authorisations in Singapore (Monetary Authority of Singapore – MAS), South Africa (Financial Sector Conduct Authority – FSCA), and Malaysia (Labuan Financial Services Authority – Labuan FSA). These licences apply only within their respective jurisdictions and do not extend to UAE activities unless cross-border exemptions apply.
